I hope my brother will rest in peace..he was sick and fought for life so long. I hope he is with Mom, who loved him so. Due to my age and condition I won't be able to attend the services, but I will there in my heart.
Charles Perry left a message on February 12, 2017:
Randal was my business(barber shop) partner in Central City in late 1967 and part of 1968. The reason I left the business was because I went into the Army. Randal seemed to always find a way to spread joy and laughter to those he came in contact with. He and Phyllis were good to Shirley and I (newly weds at the time). May the Lord strengthen his family.

Randall was my barber for many years, my neighbor for many more and my friend for nearly a lifetime. He always took time to smile and was loved by most people he met. He will be missed.

To me he was "Uncle Sonny" and I was "Sheila Bug". Always bigger than life-always a part of my life. I loved him and will miss him! I know where he is now and the loving arms who surround him.
