Jackie Williams is one of the finest men I have ever known. He was an awesome neighbor. Boy could he spin a tale, yet one of the most sincere souls to ever draw breath. Jackie meant so much to so many folks and I count myself fortunate to b among them. May God bless and console those who still love and honor him.
