MADISONVILLE – Hyman Dale Hunt, 62, of Madisonville, died Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 1:35PM at his residence. Mr. Hunt was born December 11, 1961 in Muhlenberg County. He was of the Baptist faith and worked for Papa John’s. He enjoyed playing and spending time with his grandkids, going thrifting with his wife, watching NASCAR, and working on cars. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clive and Opal Hunt; brother, Clive David Hunt; and father-in-law, Bobby Gipson.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Mae Gipson Hunt; children, Renee Hunt (Scott) Sizemore, Misty Hunt, Gary Hunt, Ashley Hunt, Karl (Sam) Hunt, Cymantha (Cristobal) De Los Santos; grandchildren, Majestie Sizemore, Darian Dickerson, Alex and Mauricio Hunt, Paisley Hunt, Charlee and Julian Williams, Cristobal, Christian and Cebastian De Los Santos; and great-grandchild, Amara Hopper.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 12PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with David Anderson officiating. Burial will be private.
