GREENVILLE – Harold D. Gray, 77, of Greenville, died Wednesday, December 24, 2014, at Cal Turner Rehab Facility in Scottsville. Mr. Gray was born May 14, 1937, in Muhlenberg County. He was a sawer at Geibel Lumber Co., and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Burine and Viola Gray; sisters Rosie Gray, Hilda Williams, Sulla Keith, Bertha Cobb, and Shirley Penrod; and brothers Clarence Gray and Jerry Gray. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Williams Gray; sons Harold Glenn Gray and Shane (Melissa) Gray, both of Greenville; daughters Angela (Tony) Flener of Greenville and Debbie (Rick) Brannon of Bowling Green; grandchildren Michael Rust, Amber Moschner, Brandon Flener, Bobbie Flener, Tiffany Ford, Tabitha Flener, Scottie Flener, Keshia Phillipenas, Kaleb Sparks, Genieva Gray, Bailey Gray, Madison Gray, and Blaine McPherson; three great-grandchildren; and sister Joyce Clark of Greenville. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 27, 2014, at 2:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Wayne Rice officiating, assisted by Rev. Alton Rolley. Burial in Lee Hill Cemetery. BREMEN – Harold Edward Gray, 78, of Bremen, died Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at 1:00PM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mr. Gray was born July 14, 1938, in Muhlenberg County. He was a plant manager in the aviation industry, and of the Pentecostal faith. He was also a U.S. Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his son, James Harold Gray; brother George Allen Gray; father Harold Jr. Gray; and mother Opel May Gray. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Hoggard Gray; daughters Cerecia (Thomas) Ferrera and Deborah (Larry) Painter, both of Bremen; grandchildren Angela Ferrera, James (Kristen) Foster, Matt (Ashley) Painter, Brittony (Josh) Shelden, and Randall Painter; nine great-grandchildren; brothers James Gray and Kenneth Gray, both of Bremen; and sisters Clatie Bean of Central City and Shirley Smith of Rockford, IL. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 18, 2017, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. George Gray Jr. officiating. Burial in Brier Creek Cemetery.
