Rumsey- Grace Ann Payton, 79, of Rumsey, died Thursday June, 6 2013 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. Ms. Payton was born October, 1934 in Mclean County and a member of the Catholic faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rollie and Naiomi Payton; brothers, Herman Payton and Edgar Payton; and sisters, Mary Lou Chinn and Evelyn Dant. Survivors include her nieces, Karion Jones and Jeni Smiley of Owensboro; sister in law Maxine Payton of Hartford; nephews Tim Payton and David Payton of Hartford, and Herman Payton, Jr. of Michigan. Graveside Services will be Monday, June 10, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at Bethlehem Cemetery in Bremen with Rev. Doug Grant officiating. Tucker Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
