Edward Cobb GRAHAM — Edward Cobb, 84, of 88 Brick St., Graham, died at 9 a.m. Monday, March 30, 2009, at Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. He was born Nov. 27, 1924, in Muhlenberg County. He was a retired coal miner and member of Rainbow TAC. Survivors include his wife, Wilma Randolph Cobb of Graham; four sons, Gene (Patricia) Cobb of Graham, Gordon (Linda) Cobb of Elkton, Larry (Brenda) Cobb of Marion and Lonnie Cobb of Graham; three daughters, Judy (S.T.) Groves and Barbara (Jimmy) Oldham, all of Graham, and Lynn (James) Rolley of Depoy; grandchildren Pam (Marty) Rowe, Tammy (Troy) Courtney, Kim (Alfred) Baker, Wendy (Jamie) Jones, Shannon (Toby) Myers, Aaron (Amy) Cobb, Chad Cobb, Chrissy (Tony) Blanchard, Matthew Cobb, Michael (Dawn) Cobb, Lonnie Cobb Jr., Teresa (Shane) Davenport, Misty (Jeremy) Johnson, Jamie Rolley and Phillip Oldham; a stepgrandchild, Jamie (Paula) Mock; great-grandchildren Brittany Rowe, Kaitlyn and Kallie Baker, Luke Jones, Shayna and Chasidy Myers, Mara, Kassidy and Delaney Cobb, Dalton, Riley and Taylor Piper, Hayden and Dakota Cobb, Matthew Howard, Levi and Kaylee Cobb and Hunter Cobb; two stepgreat-grandchildren, Andrew and Dannille Mock; and a sister, Plinnie Ann Harper of Bremen. Services are at 11 a.m. Thursday at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with the Rev. Bill Skipworth officiating. Burial will be in Yeargin’s Chapel Cemetery in Graham.
