EVANSVILLE, IN – Douglas Eugene Givens, 54, of Evansville, IN, died Monday, May 15, 2017, at 9:00AM at his home. Mr. Givens was born October 1, 1962, in Owensboro. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Central City. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mary Givens; and brother Mike Givens. He is survived by his sister, Pat Capps of Illinois; brother Joe Givens of Illinois; half-brother Jim Vincent of Kentucky; three nieces; three nephews; three great-nephews; and three great-nieces. Graveside funeral services will be Saturday, June 3, 2017, at 10:00AM at Fairmount Cemetery, with Bro. Joseph House officiating. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery.
