BOWLING GREEN – Deweese Carver, 83, of Bowling Green died Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 4:08PM at The Medical Center in Bowling Green. Mrs. Carver was born April 5, 1940 in Muhlenberg County. She was a member of Rosewood United Methodist Church and she worked for Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in the Dietary Department. She was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Bennett Carver; son, Odis Quentin Carver; parents, Vernon Ben and Gladys Garrett Latham; and siblings, Doyle Latham, Darris Latham, Elvis Latham, Benny David Latham, and Velma Dukes.

She is survived by her son, Timothy Evan Carver, Sr.; grandchildren, Timothy Evan Carver, Jr.; Jacqueline Beth Atwell, Michael Lawrence Carver, and Reba Lynn Carver; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Drexel (Jane) Latham; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 12:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Autry Moore officiating. Burial in Rosewood United Methodist Church Cemetery.
