CENTRAL CITY – Connor Wayne Woodard, age 23, of Central City, died Monday, February 17, 2025, at his residence. Connor was born July 30, 2001, in Daviess County and was of the Baptist Faith. He was a coal miner.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Jennifer (Sean) Latham; sister – Olivia Snodgrass; grandparents, Irvin Welborn, Sheryl Snodgrass and Calvin and Kay Latham; aunt, Crystal Rhoades.

A great friend who was always sure to bring a smile to your face and make you laugh so hard your stomach would hurt.
