BENTON – Connie Tinkle Staples, 70, of Benton, died Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 12:16AM at her residence. Mrs. Staples was born April 11, 1952 in Greenville. She was a Cashier at the Dollar Tree in Paducah and was of the Baptist faith. She is preceded in death by her parents, Hubert, and Imogene Tinkle.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Staples; stepson, Scott (Kimberly) Staples; one step-granddaughter; two step-great-grandchildren; two sisters; one brother; one cousin; four nieces; and three nephews.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 1:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Rev. Chase Thompson officiating. Burial in Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00AM-1:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
