BEECHMONT – Clayton Herbert Kimmel, 82, of Beechmont, died Thursday, September 22, 2022, at 4:02PM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.  Mr. Kimmel was born April 24, 1940, in Chicago, Illinois.  He was a member of Beechmont Missionary Baptist Church.  He loved his family and his church family.  He enjoyed watching UK basketball and the Chicago White Sox.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Loren and Dora Kimmel; wife, Elizabeth Kimmel; brother, Loren Kimmel; and sister, Dorothy Bambas.

He is survived by his sons, Kevin Kimmel and Steven Kimmel; daughter, Jennifer Kimmel; brothers, Jerrel Kimmel, Tom Kimmel, Phillip Kimmel, and Jimmy Kimmel; and sisters, Mary Virchfield, Carolyn Smith, and Sheba Greenwood.

Funeral services will be Saturday, September 24, 2022, at 2:00PM at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home, with Rev.
