CENTRAL CITY – Christopher Matthew Stewart, 42, of Central City, died Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at 5:35 PM at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Evansville, IN. Mr. Stewart was born November 15, 1979, in Muhlenberg County. He was a production worker for Land O’Frost. He was of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Stewart Sr., and brother, Carl Stewart Jr.

He is survived by his mother, Imogene Stewart; brothers: William (Leslie) Stewart and Andrew Stewart; several cousins; several nieces and nephews; and fiancé, Tammy Butterworth.

Funeral Services will be Monday July 25, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Dan Yeager officiating. Burial in Graham Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, July 24, 2022 5:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
