What a beautiful life well lived!
Our family and our church family loved and respected Bro. Billy as our cousin (through Peggy) and as our pastor at Yeargins Chapel. He always had a joke and a positive word that would leave us better for having been in his presence.
I visualize him walking and running around the streets of Heaven today.
May Gods draw near and bless you all in the days to come.

Peggy & Family,

I'm so sorry for your loss. My greatest memory of Bro. Billy was when he was pastor at Pickett's Chapel and I just began my career as a pastor. I was at the Adair Circuit: Milltown, Tarter's Chapel, and Pollard's Chapel. I felt overwhelmed at times and came to Billy for advice. He was glad to help this fledgling pastor through some difficult times. I'm sure he heard, "Well Done" by his Lord Jesus Christ.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
