CENTRAL CITY – Barry Lynn Piper, 67, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 21^st, 2023. He was born on September 26^th, 1955, in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky to Dan and Dorothy Piper.

Barry was a fun-loving person, with a heart of gold. He loved spending time with family, friends, and his grandchildren. Barry liked visiting and hanging out with his buddies at Eddie Fulkerson Garage and talking cars and having a few good laughs. Barry always had his way of being the jokester and making people laugh. Barry is preceded in death by his parents, Dan and Dorothy Piper; daughter, Tosha Piper; sister, Barbara Troutman; brother, Joe Piper; and brothers-in-law, Tooter Yates, Jerry Ward, and Mark Troutman.

Barry is survived by a daughter, Ella Graves (Travis Drake); grandchildren, Tripp, Kacee, and Boston; brothers, Danny (Brenda) Piper of TN, Jeff (Cathy) Piper, and Dee (Melissa) Piper; sisters, Janice (Melvin) Warner of IL, Sueann Yates of TN, Sheila (Rodger) Piper VanNaarden, Beverly (Jack) Cates, Evelyn (Jackie) Brooks, and Jeannie Ward (Arthur Tapp); and several nieces, and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be Monday June 26, 2023 at 12:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Rev. Roger Heltsley officiating. Burial in Miller Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 10:00AM-12:00PM at the funeral home.
