CENTRAL CITY – Ann Russell Gish Page, 70, of Central City, died Monday, October 18, 2021, at 6:40AM at Maple Health and Rehab. Ann was born April 28, 1951, in Muhlenberg County. She was a librarian for the Central City Public Library, and a member of First Baptist Church in Central City. Ann loved animals and enjoyed volunteering at the humane society. She loved Scotland and was an avid reader. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond “Heavy” and Ann Gish.

She is survived by her husband, Eddie Page; and cousin Karen (Larry) Willis of Central City.

I’m so very sorry for this awful loss Eddie. Even tho it was long ago I never forgot the friendship that once was. Ann and I had so much fun together when I was a young girl. There was no better friend. She was and always a treasure to hold dear.

Your gonna be missed, Annie. Scotland awaits.

Eddie, I was so sorry to learn of Ann’s passing. I enjoyed getting to know her during my days working at Central City Library. She was a very efficient lady who cared deeply about the library and the patrons. I’m thanking I had the opportunity to get to know this unique woman. You will be in my prayers during the difficult days ahead.

I remember her way back .I went to library often .she was the sweetest lady you would ever want to meet .Then see her out always the same .Heaven has truly got another angel .prayers for all family and friends loved her

I had known Annie since I first went to the library at 8 years old. She fueled my passion for ghost stories and great American authors, and more importantly she was like family. I’ll always remember her for being loving and kind, she was her own person and she inspired me so much to be my own person no matter what others thought. Love you Annie

Ann was a unique individual. I enjoyed having her as a friend in high school, work, church and as a fellow Red Hatter. Have memories that I will cherish.
