Sorry to hear of Allen's passing. My fondest memory was getting a paddling in his office at Bremen school. It's funny now, but not then. I never wanted to go to his office again. He whacked pretty hard. Kids in school nowadays dont know how lucky they are. Allen was fair and a good asst principal. Prayers to family and friends.
He was a fantastic principal. So sorry for this family's loss. You are in my prayers.
So sorry for your families loss . Prayers
I thought the world of Mr Miller, he was so nice to my Son and I when my Son went to Bremen School, may God bless his family always!
This is heartbreaking news. I met Allen in 1960 at Western. We were in all the plays together. He was the one who drove me from Western to the Henderson hospital in 1963 to see my brother before he died. Through the years, on stage, or in the classrooms, Allen was a dear dear friend. To his family- Allen was one of the good guys. He will never be forgotten.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
Allen and I worked at the college grill at WKU. Hee was a gret guy and true friend during college days. He owned a 1951 Ford named Susie. I remember that I also had a 1951 Ford at that time also. His was black, mine was blue. We once deove from Bowling Green to Sacramento in Susie with no brakes. That was a hair raising experience. You the family have my condolences.God Bless you.
Allen I love you and will always remember you. I remember are time talking about family history ect.. I will also remember are trip to Mammoth Cave with your grandsons and my daughter. Even though I was younger you always understood me and provided me with knowledge on life, family and faith. May you know Rest in Peace. Love Shelley your cousin

my pal in grade school and stayed buddies into college.
I have fond memories of Mr. Miller while he was a principal at Hughes-Kirk. I remember his kindness and true concern for the students. We need more like him.
Allen and I were at Western at the same time. I remember him from Western Players. In fact, I think Carol and I went on our first date to see a play that he was in. I also remember him as a teacher and administrator. I was also a teacher during the early part of his teaching career. Later on in his career I was a school board member.
Allen was a good, talented, and caring man. I will miss him.
My sympathy and condolences to his family.
I considered Allen J Miller a friend. He was the best principal that I taught under, an ally and a friend. He was always ready to defend his teachers, and I know this on a personal level. Wilma and boys, I'm so sorry for your loss. Words cannot express. I will never forget Mr. Miller.
you will be missed. my kids had you at Bremen school and thought a lot of you. R.I.P. prayers Wilma.
So very sorry to hear of Mr. Miller's passing. He was the vice principal when I went to Bremen, class of 1978. He also subbed as a teacher whenever the need arose and made class fun for us. He was strict but he made a great effort to connect with the students as well. I know he made an impact on many, many students over his long tenure as an educator. May you find comfort in your treasured memories of him and God bless you all with peace.
In one brief conversation a long time ago, Mr. Miller unknowingly instilled in me the necessity of integrity and accountability to others. As a student and later as a parent, Mr. Miller was a valued friend. My condolences to his family and prayers for them.
Praying for comfort for the family!! Alot of fond memories at Hughes Kirk.
So sorry, Allan was a very nice person.
I have never forgotten Mr. Miller. He was a fair, kind Assistant Principal at Bremen. He was always available to listen to the students. Everyone liked him. We were very fortunate that he was there for the students.
May God Bless you, his family, with comfort and peace. You are all in our prayers.
Sending condolences, my thoughts and prayers are with the family.
Praying for all the miller family in this sad time.
Allen was a great guy and principal. He worked very hard for the students and schools over many years. My deepest sympathy are for Wilma and his family. He is resting in peace now.

Mrs. Miller, You and your family are in my prayers. I was one of the students from Hughes Kirk.
I am very sorry for your loss. I worked under him when he was the principal of the Alternate Learning Center in the early 1990's (when my last name was Threlkel)and thought very highly of him. Prayers for comfort in your loss.
Rest in Peace, Mr. Miller. You were my favorite principle of all.
He was a tough but fair assistant principle at Bremen. I remember how he would take the Band Piano from the basement to the stage. He would be on one end and about 6 students on the other. Prayers for his family.
My husband, Bob Key, taught at Bremen. He thought so much of Allen J. Miller.
Bob loved teaching and Allen was the encourager and a great support person for Bob to work with. I personally am grateful for the years of service they shared.
